comfortable stay near town centre

I found the room and bathroom very clean upon arrival. tea making facilities were a nice touch. breakfast included extra toast and tea. the restaurant food was good when i ate there the second evening. The fish and chips were delicious and hot.

the hotel includes a pool and a spa which are very nice additions to the stay. there is a bar where guests can relax and enjoy drinks. the grounds feature beautiful gardens, perfect for a walk.

the room had a large bed and a wardrobe to store clothing. it included constant drinking water in the corridors with a jug and tumblers in the room. this was very convenient. family rooms are also available.

The hotel's proximity to local attractions made exploring easy. the staff was friendly. They kept the hotel very clean. i especially enjoyed the massage and facial during my spa day. the relaxation room provided a nice touch.
the spa's steam room had been out of order for weeks, disappointing.

The location is very convenient for walking into town. I found some beautiful trees on the grounds. The family room was spacious (it had everything we needed).
I wish I had read the reviews before my stay. The room was freezing, much like others have noted. No one mentioned a heating issue when I checked in (so I arrived to a very cold room).

The family room in the coach house was immaculate and warm, i could feel the care in every corner. traditional features throughout the hotel added a unique character! the staff showed kindness throughout our stay, always ready to help. breakfast was a delight. The marvelous flavors left a lasting impression!
the room was perhaps a little further from the main areas, i found the walk slightly longer than expected.

The hotel provides very easy access to key attractions. I noticed its prime spot facilitating leisurely walks to the shakespeare theatre. well maintained grounds and a terrace are available, which provide space to enjoy drinks or lunch while relaxing.
